Roseblood by A.G. Howard

Our daughter brought this book, but didn’t finish it saying it was too confusing. I decided to read it  myself and see what was confusing about it. I didn’t find it confusing, but I could see how someone who isn’t used to a book jumping from first person (when Rune is talking) to third person narrative could get lost.

I found the book to be intriguing, could it be possible that the phantom of the Opera was still alive, and if he was how has he managed to stay alive for so long, what did he want from Rune, and how is he and Rune connected? I also enjoyed this book because it caught me by surprise with a few unexpected twists that I didn’t see.

This book is a romantic suspense story. I recommend this book for older teens/young adults.

I look forward to reading more of this authors novels!
